Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team has supported private equity investor, Imbiba, with its latest investment into Pindrop Hearing, a leading premium clinical audiology provider.
Founded by renowned audiologist Dr Rony Ganguly, Pindrop Hearing has grown from its flagship Harley Street clinic into a three-site network delivering advanced diagnostics, vestibular services and fully independent hearing aid provision. The business is widely recognised for clinical excellence, exceptional patient care and strong referral relationships with GPs, ENT consultants and private medical networks across London.
Imbiba’s investment will accelerate Pindrop’s roll-out across London and the South of England, enabling expansion into new high street locations, investment in cutting edge diagnostics and the strengthening of its expert clinical team.
To support this next phase of growth, Jonathan Gardner, former Managing Director of Boots Hearingcare, joins as Chair, alongside additional board appointments from Imbiba and long-term adviser Royston Guest.
Hazlewoods Corporate Finance Director, Alex Griffiths, Associate Director, Rory Martyn-Smith, and Manager, Jeremy Brass, provided financial and tax due diligence to Imbiba on the transaction.
