Hazlewoods Corporate Finance has recently advised EJ Group Inc, a leading supplier of access solutions to the water, sewer, telecommunications and utility networks, on its latest acquisition of Swarm Water Management Ltd.
As a Global business with more than 140 years’ experience, EJ design, manufacture and distribute access covers, manhole covers and drainage gratings worldwide.
Wanting to build upon their established UK reputation as a supplier of the largest range of access solutions, they have now acquired Swarm Water Management Ltd, a UK based manufacturer specialising in surface water drainage products.
Not only will EJ be gaining Swarm’s 100 years of combined industry expertise, but also their innovative approach within the industry, with their cutting-edge patented systems designed to save time and money on varying sites, ranging from small residentials, through to large industrial plots.
Swarm will be joining and benefiting from EJ’s established commercial presence, which includes sales offices, manufacturing facilities and distribution hubs.
