I have almost 20 years’ experience in providing audit and advisory services, working in the forensic team at Grant Thornton UK for over 14 years before joining Hazlewoods in October 2025. I have a wide range of forensic accounting expertise, as expert witness or adviser, or as expert determiner of disputed accounting issues.
I specialise in post sale and purchase (SPA) dispute resolution and have worked on post-deal disputes involving completion accounts, earn outs and other deferred consideration, breach of warranty, warranty and indemnity claims and fraudulent misrepresentation. I also have experience advising parties pre-deal on the accounting terms of the sale and purchase agreement, and purchase price adjustment mechanisms, helping to mitigate the risk of disputes and guarding against value leakage for parties.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside work, I have two daughters who keep me busy. I enjoy playing netball and I am easing myself back into running by doing junior park runs with my daughters. I love to travel and visiting new places, both in the UK and abroad.
