I joined Hazlewoods in 2022 and work as an Associate in the Governance and Compliance Services Team. I primarily assist with share restructures of private limited companies and corporate health checks, helping by delivering clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s specific circumstances, ensuring solutions are both effective and easy to implement.
