I am an Associate Director at Hazlewoods specialising in transaction support and financial due diligence, with over nine years of experience in the profession, the last five of which have been focused on transaction advisory.
My work is centred on financial services, where I have significant experience advising acquisitive insurance broker groups including Jensten, Howden, JMG and Clear on their acquisition strategies across the UK and Ireland. I have supported a large number of transactions across the insurance distribution landscape, including retail and commercial brokers, managing general agents, wealth management businesses and life and pensions firms.
Alongside this, I have experience working across a range of other sectors including retail, professional services, manufacturing and construction, supporting both buy side and sell side engagements, including vendor support and due diligence.
I work closely with private equity and corporate clients pursuing buy and build strategies, providing clear, commercially focused analysis to support pricing, deal structuring and execution. I am used to managing multiple engagements at once, identifying key risks and value drivers, and delivering insights that are directly relevant to investors and management teams.
Prior to specialising in corporate finance, I built my broader experience within a top 10 firm before moving to Hazlewoods to focus on transaction advisory.
