Jemma Vaughan

I started out at a small general practice in Worcester where I gained my accountancy and tax qualifications. I joined Hazlewoods in 2011 to specialise in corporation tax and it was here that I discovered my passion for helping innovative clients obtain valuable tax reliefs. I specialise in the advice and planning around R&D tax relief and Patent Box as well as the wider corporation tax planning. I also advise upon employee share schemes and valuations as well as SEIS/EIS investment.
