Matt qualified as a chartered accountant in 2023 and has over 6 years’ experience advising a range of businesses, from privately owned to MNE’s and FTSE 100 companies. He has worked across many transactions in his career covering company sales as well as buy and sell side due diligence matters. Prior to working in Corporate Finance, Matt worked on various complex group reorganisations, demergers and simplification projects, often in the lead up to business sales.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of work, Matt has always been a keen sportsman and used to be a semi-professional rugby player. Since hanging up his boots, you’ll find him on the golf course, playing padel tennis or trying out the many restaurants around Cheltenham.
