
Pete is an experienced M&A lead adviser working with entrepreneurs, corporates, management teams and private equity on strategy and transactions – including exits, acquisitions, investment, MBO’s and capital raising.
He has been working in corporate finance since 2014, with previous experience at Deloitte, PwC and a time spent as an Investment Manager at a private equity fund.
Pete is a fellow of the ICAEW as a chartered accountant and also holds a 1st class Accounting & Finance degree from Newcastle University.
