I joined Hazlewoods in 1982. In my time with the Firm, I have been audit engagement partner to a wide range of businesses and organisations, including listed entities. I have also been responsible for reporting accountant services in respect of Stock Exchange and AIM flotations.
I am a former member of the UK Auditing Practices Board and former Chairman of the Global, European and UK Technical Advisory Committees of Moores Rowland International.
I have extensive experience in providing transaction support and due diligence services.
I provide expert witness services. In carrying out these assignments I am able to draw on over forty years’ experience in delivering audit and transaction support services. I am a member of the Academy of Experts and Expert Witness Institute. I have given oral evidence in Court and in tribunal. I have also given oral evidence by way of deposition under USA law.
