My department
I specialise in corporate governance, corporate law and company secretarial practice, with a particular focus on providing practical and technical advisory, solutions and support to unquoted companies across a range of sectors. This includes full company life cycle support, share restructuring, merger and acquisition support, new company incorporations and governance advisory.
My hobbies & interests
I enjoy netball, swimming, walking and generally being outdoors.
