Having qualified (ACA) with Hazlewoods in 2013, I joined a local firm which, in turn and through acquisition, became part of a top 10 accountancy practice. Subsequently rejoining Hazlewoods at the beginning of 2026, I hold RI status and have a keen interest and focus on the technical aspects of both auditing and financial reporting. Prior to embarking on a career in accountancy/audit, I spent around 5 years living and working overseas in Australia, New Zealand and South Korea.
My clients have included small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses through to large corporate groups with overseas subsidiaries. I also have experience in a range of specialist areas including financial and professional services, renewable energy, healthcare, and property and construction. In more recent times, I have also worked closely with both partly or fully-PE backed businesses.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and keeping active – be that a ramble in the countryside, heading to the gym or taking a spin class, or playing walking football.
