Scott trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant within the Hazlewoods Corporate Services team before joining the Corporate Finance Transaction Support team in 2025. Scott specialises in providing financial due diligence services on buy-side transactions, with particular experience across the care sector.
Scott has supported a range of acquisitions, assisting clients throughout the transaction process by delivering financial analysis and identifying key risks and opportunities. Through this work, he has developed strong relationships with clients and advisers, providing practical, commercially focused insights that help drive successful transactions.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also play a number of sports including golf, football and tennis.
