I lead the Governance and Compliance Services team here at Hazlewoods. I am a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute, with a Degree in Law and a Masters in Corporate Governance. On a daily basis, I provide strategic and practical governance advice and solutions to unquoted companies across a range of sectors. This includes full company life cycle support, share restructuring, merger and acquisition support and new company incorporations.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling.
