I joined Hazlewoods in October 2025 as a Director in our Corporate Finance – Transaction Services team based in Bristol. I specialise in financial due diligence and bring over 10 years’ experience from a Big 4 firm, supporting both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Much of my work has been with private equity clients and their portfolio companies, particularly in the technology and business services sectors—covering software, managed and professional IT services, and tech-enabled business services. But my experience goes far beyond that – I’ve also worked with corporates, including listed businesses and owner-managed companies, across a wide range of sectors. This variety means I can support clients of all sizes and ownership structures.
I’m passionate about delivering clear, actionable insight that helps clients make informed investment decisions and achieve great outcomes. I enjoy building long-term relationships and being a trusted advisor—supporting clients not only through transactions but also more broadly as they grow and evolve.
Notable transaction experience
• Supporting Bowmark and Totalmobile, a Field Service Management software provider, on the sale of the business to Five Arrows and funds managed by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG
• Supporting Inflexion with their investment in Autofutura (subsequently rebranded to ATG), an automotive software business, together with support on bolt on acquisitions and the subsequent sale to Keyloop
• Supporting Bowmark with their acquisition of CubeLogic, a risk management software platform
• Supporting ECI with their acquisition of Arkessa, an IoT managed service provider
• Supporting ECI with their investment in IT Lab (subsequently rebranded as Content + Cloud), a Microsoft focused IT specialist, plus various bolt on acquisitions and the subsequent sale to Nordics based IT service provider, Advania
• Supporting ECI and MiQ, a programmatic advertising specialist, on the sale of the business to Bridgepoint, together with several bolt on deals under Bridgepoint’s ownership
• Supporting Tenzing with their acquisition of Totara, a learning management software platform

• Supporting Investis, a ECI portfolio company, on its bolt on acquisition of US based Zog Digital
