I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2023 and have over six years’ experience advising businesses across a broad range of sectors. I joined the Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team in May 2025, where I specialise in buy side and sell side financial due diligence.
I work with a diverse client base, including private equity firms and corporate acquirers, with particular experience in the technology and financial services sectors.
Notable transaction experience
– Supported LDC on the sale of Hybrid Media, a digital media business specialising in higher education marketing, to EAB.
– Provided financial due diligence to Reducate UK on its acquisition of Learna Ltd, a Cardiff based postgraduate higher education provider.
– Supported a private equity firm on a professional services roll up, including acquisitions within the accountancy and insolvency sectors.
