Hazlewoods strong footprint on the back of regional expansion across Cheltenham, Bristol, and Cardiff continues to be a defining advantage, with 27% of all 2025 deals completed in the South West, ranked 3rd, and Wales, rising from 10th to 4th place – areas that continue to attract significant UK and international investment.
