Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team has delivered a record-breaking performance in the first half of 2025, completing 60 transactions with a combined value of £531 million.
This represents a 33% increase in deal volume and a 66% increase in total value compared to the same period in 2024.
Hazlewoods 50-strong team advised clients on acquisitions, business sales, management buyouts, and refinancing in multiple sectors including professional services, health and social care, financial services, technology, manufacturing, legal, dental and veterinary reinforcing the firm’s reputation as a leading mid-market adviser.
While 27% of deals involved South-West-based businesses, the majority, 73%, were further afield, highlighting Hazlewoods deep regional roots and expanding national reach.
