Hazlewoods Corporate Finance advises on sale of XLCR Vehicle Management

Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team alongside Adam Kean and his team at BPE Solicitors LLP are pleased to announce the sale of a market-leading car and van leasing company to Global Vans.

XLCR Vehicle Management ("XLCR") is a UK-based SME focused broker specialising in Light Commercial Vehicles and Business Cars, delivering over 2,500 units annually.  XLCR was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Colne, Lancashire with an additional sales office based in Plymouth. Its founders and the management team are remaining in place to continue to grow the business and to support with its integration.

The buyer, Global Vans, is backed by H2 Equity Partners, a leading independent investment firm founded in 1991, making investments in medium-sized companies with significant growth or improvement potential.

The Hazlewoods team were lead by Corporate Finance Partner, James Whittaker, and Tax Director, Megan Lewis-Bourke, and the BPE team were led by Adam Kean.
