FluidOne announce acquisition of Microsoft Gold Partner, Highlander Computing Solutions (Highlander)

Start of 2023, over 300 staff across six UK locations, FluidOne provides a range of services that complement the mid-market's in-house IT structures, including connectivity, IT and cloud managed services, and cyber security.

With the acquisition of Highlander, a leading supplier of IT infrastructure and SME IT managed services headquartered in Sheffield, FluidOne accelerate their growth plans by expanding their reach and delivery of innovative solutions into the North of England.

FluidOne announce second acquisition of project five

FluidOne builds on its strategy to invest in regional IT MSPs to create a branch network, with the acquisition of projectfive, an award-winning Surrey based IT services provider that supports SMEs across Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire, marking its fourth addition in total at this stage. 

In turn, this latest investment created a £30million revenue Business IT Centre of Excellence (CoE) for FluidOne, with 930 customers and 134 employees and four branch offices led from Highlander’s Sheffield headquarters.

FluidOne anounces third acquisition of Computer and Network Consultants Ltd (CNC)

The acquisition of CNC, a Brighton-based IT managed service provider founded in 1995, gives the company access to a new customer base on the south coast and takes annual revenues to £37million for its Business IT division, which serves small and medium sized business, and annual revenues for the group to over £100million.

It also increases the number of FluidOne Business IT division customers to 1,100 and staff headcount to 164 across 5 office branches, with the group’s 440 staff now serving over 2,300 customers across its four centres of excellence (Enterprise IT, Business IT, Cyber Security and Telecoms).
