The Chancellor has confirmed that he will hold his second Budget of the year on Wednesday 27 October 2021 alongside a Spending Review.
With the introduction of a Health and Social Care Levy (via a temporary increase to national insurance rates from April 2022 initially) plus a hike in dividend tax rates already announced, we will wait to see if the Chancellor has any more rabbits in his hat or if it will be a bit more of a low-key Budget.
