SoGlos, the Gloucestershire media brand and online magazine, has launched the new SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards (SGGBA) for 2021, co-sponsored by GFirst LEP and The Growth Hub.
As part of supporting the local business community, putting people at the heart, Hazlewoods is thrilled to be sponsoring the Employer Engagement Award category for the SGGBA. With the challenges that businesses have faced, from enforced remote working to furloughing employees, there has never been a better time to recognise and celebrate those innovative start-ups through to the top 100 businesses in the county.
The new year brings new challenges for businesses once more, meaning resilience and leadership must continue to play a crucial part in the months ahead. This award provides an opportunity to nominate and recognise those business leaders and organisations who have stepped up during the pandemic to prioritise their employee’s wellbeing, finding new and innovative ways to engage with their staff and to keep their organisation motivated and connected.
Nominations for SGGBA will open in March 2021, when businesses will be able to put themselves forward for one of 14 categories, while the shortlist of entries will then be judged by the exert panel – including representatives from both GFirst LEP and The Growth Hub. We look forward to celebrating the incredible achievements of many businesses within the Gloucestershire community.
