Our congratulations go to Andy Harris, Associate Partner in Hazlewoods Legal team, who has been awarded the first Honorary Fellowship by the Institute of Legal Finance and Management.
Founded in 1978, the ILFM is a not-for-profit professional institute which provides a range of services for legal finance professionals.
The award is in recognition of outstanding contribution to promoting the objects of the institute in driving innovation, education and in promoting excellence in finance management throughout the legal sector.
Andy was surprised with the award at an ILFM conference in Birmingham on 16 November 2018; he said ‘I was so pleased to be presented with the fellowship; it was unexpected and a great honour.’
We are also pleased to announce that Jenny Staight, Associate Director in our Legal team, was voted on to the Executive Council of the ILFM at the same conference.
